Cupping, Gua Sha, & Eastern Bodywork

Bodywork is a wonderful add-on to treatments, and is offered in any 90 Minute or longer session. Benefits include: detoxifying blood, relieving pain and tension, circulating lymph for enhanced immunity, and becoming more present and grounded in our bodies.

Here are some of the modalities used —

Tui Na: Eastern medical massage to alleviate pain and tension in muscles and joints; Cupping: Suction cups that remove stagnant dark blood and cause your body to create new, freshly-oxygenated blood in its place; Gua Sha: Manual tools for relieving pain, detoxing blood, venting heat (i.e. fevers or skin conditions), or reducing swelling; Facials: Facial cupping and facial gua sha for alleviating fine lines and wrinkles, and sculpting and contouring the face; Liniments + CBD Balm: Topical herbal analgesics with or without CBD that penetrate deep into muscles and bones for healing; and Shonishin: Comprehensive line of acupressure tools that are used for pediatrics or those who prefer treatment without needles.
