Dr. Margarita is an Energy Medicine Master Teacher in the lineages of White Light Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, Radical Reiki, and 13th Octave LaHoChi.

In these modalities, we use channeled energy through the palms, heart, and third eye to cleanse the body of blockages, heal the energy centers or chakras, and access spiritual enlightenment.

This allows us to access a deeply meditative and subconscious state of relaxation and bliss. Energy Medicine is especially potent for uncovering and healing the underlying emotional and spiritual blocks to your physical health, as it allows us to go one step deeper using guided imagery and neural programming.

Despite seeming esoteric, Reiki and energy medicine have long-standing clinical research on their efficacy in helping with physical pain, inflammation, mental health, PTSD, and more.
